The longest night of the year is almost here. December 21st is the shortest day of the year in Goshen, with only approximately nine hours, nine minutes, and two seconds of daylight. The good (great) news is that the very next day is the first day we’ll start adding daylight instead of removing it since mid-June. Our days will get progressively longer until we peak in June when our longest day of fifteen hours, twelve minutes, and seventeen seconds falls. Hang in there, brighter (and longer) days right around the corner.
