Just about every outlook I have access to predicts warmer-than-normal temperatures as we head into next week and beyond.

This is bad news if you, like me, hope for a white Christmas. We should see some snow tomorrow night into Friday morning, but it won’t amount to more than an inch or two. It will be cold again this weekend, but our next warmup comes early next week when temps should creep back up to near 50° at times. We are a week out, so confidence is still relatively low, but a “warm” and potentially soggy Christmas appears to be in store this year.
